PROG MEDTECH is a business development company, bringing Progressive ENT medical products, diagnostics & treatments to the international market in a Progressive way.
PROG MEDTECH is available for medical companies (eg. start-ups) in need of an excutive and/or operative medtech professional based in the Netherlands (and willing to travel) to develop their business internationally. Either for interim positions or as a consultant. Long-term experience from creating “double digit” growth by:
- Subsidiary establishment: Preparing, set-up, start-up and “get-up-and-running” of subsidiaries.
- Building and managing international distributor networks (e.g. in Europe for US based companies) : identifying, contact, negotiating, agreement, education and launch of products.
- Building supplier network for “single-product companies” in need of broadening their range domestically.
- Screening the medtech market for potential acquisitions and investments. Companies, product ranges and ideas.
- “Bridging” entrepreneur medtech product innovation to the relevant OEM manufacturer / investor.
- Expert consulting for investors etc. in the area of Ear Nose & Throat/ Head & Neck surgery including Laryngectomy.
- Also availble for non-executive board positions.
